FTLOTL in Lakewood 4th of July Parade

This Independence Day, For the Love of the Lake, one of the organizations near and dear to my heart, will be participating in Lakewood’s annual 4th of July Parade.

The theme for this year’s event is “Lakewood Honors Heroes.” The Lakewood Fun Run begins at 8 AM on Saturday July 4th, and the Parade begins at 10 AM, starting from the intersection of Lakewood Blvd. and Cambria. For maps and information, visit the event’s website www.lakewoodparade.com.

Those wishing to march or ride in the parade should gather at the starting point at 9:15 AM and pick up a number plate.

Various prizes will be awarded, for best costume, best float, best car, best musical entry, and so on.
