National Night Out is the night of the year to meet your neighbors and the local police officers and fire fighters who take care of our neighborhoods and to raise community awareness about crime and safety.
Please drop by the park anytime between 6-8 p.m. for free food and drinks. There will be representatives from the Dallas Police Department (canine, motorcycles and helicopter sections). It’s a great opportunity for residents and first responders to come together to fight crime and celebrate community spirit.
Don’t forget to turn on your porch light from 7-10 p.m. to show your support for National Night Out!
National Night Out is designed to:
- Heighten crime and drug prevention
- Generate support for, and participation in, local safety and anti-crime
- Strengthen community spirit and police-community
- Send a message to criminals that communities are organized and fighting
We hope to see you there!
